When you make a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. An order may be cancelled due to, for example, technical errors, incorrectly stated prices, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include applicable VAT. Available payment options are displayed at checkout. Payment is handled through the payment options available at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal according to Swedish law applies. ZIPSEAL also offers a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions on our Returns & Refunds page.

6. Product use

Products must be used according to the provided instructions and only for their intended purpose. Always read the product's instructions before use.

7. Product information

We strive for product images, descriptions, and specifications to be accurate. Minor variations between images and the actual product may occur.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as problems with carriers or other external service providers.
